Rental Policies

You must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation at French Lick Farms. ID is required upon Check-in. 

​

CHECK-IN TIME IS AT 4:00 PM. Guests who arrive early can park in the overflow by the Lodge and explore the farm until your room or site is available for check-in. Your total balance for your stay is due upon reservation.

CHECK-OUT TIME IS AT Noon. 

​

Failure to vacate rented rooms or spaces by this time may result in a credit card charge for another night. Please be advised that other guests may be arriving after your departure.

Pets Policies

Are dogs welcome at French Lick Farms? 

​

Bring your four-legged family member along to French Lick Farms.  We love hosting your pups! What better way to explore the outdoors than with your furry friend by your side. In an effort to get people outside responsibly, we have outlined some pet policies:   

​

• Guests are responsible to “clean up” after their dogs.   
   

• All dog waste must be properly disposed of in a receptacle.    
   

• Noisy, vicious, or unruly dogs are not allowed.  
   

• French Lick Farms is not responsible for and will hold dog owners accountable for any injury or damage caused by your dog. 
   

• Know your pet!  You know your pet better than anyone else. If you think they may pose a danger or threat to other guests or other dogs, please ensure they are leashed at all times. 

 

 

RV Campground Policies

Speeding, racing, revving of motors, spinning, doughnuts, climbing hills, driving recklessly, or while intoxicated in the campground is not permitted. 

​

Campfires are limited to fire rings only. 

​

Consumption of alcohol is only allowed on individual campsites.  Individuals must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.   

​

Drive only on designated roadways and trails. 

​

Lodge, Campground Buildings including Bathhouse and Cabin are smoke-free environments.  

 

 

Lodge, Cabin & RV Campground Cancellation Policies 

​

Refund minus processing fees (~3%) for any cancellations up to 45 days before check-in.  If booked fewer than 45 days before check-in, refund minus processing fees (~3%) for cancellations made within 24 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in.

​

After that, 50% refund up to 14 days before check-in.​

​

No refund if cancelled less than 7 days before check-in.

​

Refund Policy:  We do not issue weather-related or early departure refunds.
