Fall Is Here at French Lick Farms 🍂
Fall is officially here — and if you’ve never been to French Lick this time of year, you’re missing one of the best times to visit.
We don’t live here full-time, so when we’re back at French Lick Farms, we really try to enjoy everything happening around town. And last weekend was a good one!
Joe, Roxy and I stayed at the French Lick Resort (FLF’s was rented!!) last weekend and enjoy some fun activities in town:

The Bear Hollow Wood Carvers were in town doing their chainsaw carvings, and if you’ve never watched them, it’s pretty amazing what they can create out of a giant piece of wood.
Then Saturday night we traded casual clothes for something a little dressier and headed to the 3rd Annual Tri Kappa Gala. We had such a great night with good friends and family, and French Lick Farms was proud to be a table sponsor.
Even better, this year’s Gala raised a record amount of money for Tri Kappa and the work they do in our community. It was a fun night for an even better cause, and we were happy to be a small part of it. Three years in and already breaking fundraising records — pretty awesome to see!
And now we’re heading straight into another big weekend…
🎃 The Pumpkin Festival Is This Weekend!
The Orange County Pumpkin Festival is one of those events that just feels like fall.
Food. Vendors. Music. Rides. People everywhere. And hopefully some perfect fall weather!
If you’re looking for something to do this weekend, make a day of it. Come to French Lick, check out the Pumpkin Festival, walk around town, grab something to eat and enjoy the start of fall in Southern Indiana.
🍁 And Then There’s the Farm…
This is about the time of year when French Lick Farms starts getting really pretty.
We have nearly 80 acres, so once the leaves start changing, the whole property feels different. Cool mornings, beautiful evenings and plenty of room to just get away from everything for a few days.
That’s really what we wanted French Lick Farms to be — a place where families and friends can get together, slow down and actually spend time with each other.
Bring the family. Plan a girls’ weekend. Get the guys together. Bring the grandparents. Or grab a group of friends and make a weekend out of it.
There’s plenty to do in French Lick and West Baden, but there’s also something pretty great about coming back to the farm at the end of the day and having the place to yourselves.
There’s Still Plenty of Fall Left 🍂
Bear Hollow and the Tri Kappa Gala last weekend.
The Pumpkin Festival this weekend.
And the best fall colors are still ahead of us.
So if French Lick has been on your list, this is a really good time to come.
Come enjoy everything happening in town — and then come back to the farm, pour a drink, sit outside and stay awhile.
That’s our kind of fall. 🍁
